Improving the personnel policy of the enterprise

Abstract

The first chapter of the qualification (bachelor's) work outlines the theoretical foundations of the formation and implementation of personnel policy. The second chapter is devoted to the results of the study of personnel policy of JSC "Vinnytsiaoblenergo", in particular, the analysis of financial and economic performance of the enterprise and revealed the characteristics of the content of personnel policy of JSC "Vinnytsiaoblenergo". According to the results of the analysis, it is proposed to improve personnel policy through the introduction of anti-crisis management tools, in particular anti-crisis personnel policy, which should include 4 modules: diagnostic, organizational, resource and program.
