Leadership styles: formation and features of use in enterprise management

Abstract

The paper investigates the theoretical foundations of the formation and use of leadership styles in enterprise management. The general characteristic of Delivery LLC is given. The economic and financial condition of the enterprise is analyzed. The leadership style used at Delivery LLC are studied. Measures have been developed to develop and implement the basic principles of effective leadership style.
