Electronic document management systems in the Ukrainian market

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the conditions of increase of efficiency of management of information maintenance of activity of the enterprise by the organization of electronic document circulation are investigated. It is shown that the state of the enterprise depends on both the external influences of the economic environment and the internal state of the organization and the interaction between its structural units. On the example of the document flow of SG "TAS" it is established that in the process of activity an important criterion of efficiency is the recognition of the need for effective management of operations related to information processing. An important factor is the proper functioning and timely use of information and documentation flows.
