Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the theoretical and methodological bases of studying the communication system of PJSC «Ukrtelecom» were revealed. Substantiated use of socio-psychological approaches in the communication system. It is investigated how social and psychological approaches affect the communication system of the enterprise PJSC «Ukrtelecom».
