Abstract

The main purpose of qualifying work is the creation of fitness assistant.
In the course of the work the subject branch and the existing variants of fitness assistants were investigated. Demonstrated how they work and what functions they perform. Regularities in physical and biological processes and systems are analyzed. It is established how energy consumption depends on physical activities.
As a result, using the kotlin language, a fitness assistant was developed, for the android platform, which allows you to monitor and improve your health.
