Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the preconditions and peculiarities of women's political leadership in the countries of Southeast Asia are studied. Women's political leadership in the modern world is shown. Regularities of power transfer in the countries of Southeast Asia are established. Theoretical issues of women's leadership and leadership in general are considered.
