Environmental threats to international security after the end of the Cold War

Abstract

The bachelor`s thesis examines environmental threats and their impact on international security after the end of the Cold War. It is established that international cooperation in the environmental sphere serves as a mechanism both for solving current problems and for raising the level of interstate diplomatic relations. It is emphasized that environmental security should be considered as a component of national and international security.
