Origin and transformation of the nuclear non-proliferation regime

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the main stages of development of the nuclear non-proliferation regime was investigated. The legal aspect of the problem of nuclear non-proliferation was shown. The characteristics of the nuclear nonproliferation regime are given. The set of agreements on non-proliferation of nuclear weapons were analyzed.
