Crises in the European integration project

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) work examines the impact of such crisis phenomena on the European integration project as: inefficiency of EU foreign policy, financial and economic crises of the EU, migration crisis, the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the identity crisis. It is established that in general, the fundamental possibility of crisis processes in the development of the European integration project is largely embedded in the very structure of European integration policy. Two dimensions of the problem play a critical role here: the first is a combination of processes of deepening integration and expanding the number of participants; the second is to ensure the correlation between the national economic, political and cultural principles of the EU's development.
