Public Policy Institutions in Ukraine. Legal aspect

Abstract

The problem of functioning of institutes of public policy in Ukraine is investigated in the work. The newest approaches of formation of institutes of public policy, features of realization of public policy in Ukraine are analyzed and understanding of its role and place in the sphere of political space of the Ukrainian society is established. The content and main factors influencing the formation of modern institutions of public policy in Ukraine are highlighted.
