Abstract

The paper provides a comprehensive study of the problem of combating racial discrimination in the United States. The main factors influencing the intensification of protest movements have been identified. The main phases and their specifics of the political process of combating racial discrimination are highlighted. A model of the process of combating racial discrimination in the United States has been formed. Special attention is paid to the study of the structure and levels of racial discrimination in American society, which has helped to provide a better structuring and understanding of this issue. An analysis of the dynamics of the main indicators of the object, identified general trends in the development of anti-discrimination movements in the United States. The events and processes that acted as attractors in the process of intensification of protest waves are identified.
