Ways and directions of local government reform in Ukraine under the influence of Swedish and Polish experience

Abstract

The problem of transformation of local self - government in Ukraine under the influence of Swedish and Polish experience is comprehensively investigated in the work. The state of scientific development of local self-government, understanding of its role as a political institution is analyzed. The content and main factors influencing the development of local self-government are highlighted.
