Oral history as a source for studying of the Holodomor: regional aspect

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) work explores the regional aspects of the events of the 1930s and 1940s in Ukraine through oral sources: memoirs, eyewitness comments. The theoretical foundations of the Holodomor are revealed through the recollections of eyewitnesses who lived in Bukovina, Podillya and Donbas. The semantic load of the elements of "oral history" is established, the results of which form the basis of the research.
