Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the formation of the scientific direction of organizational behavior in the personnel management system, approaches to the consideration and model of organizational behavior management are studied. The basic models of organizational behavior and their place in the personnel management system are systematized. The main results of Ukrposhta JSC activity are analyzed. Peculiarities of organizational behavior and labor behavior in the personnel management system of JSC "Ukrposhta" are studied. Proposals for building the internal brand of JSC "Ukrposhta" have been developed. Recommendations have been made to avoid conflict situations inherent in logistics companies in order to improve the quality of personnel management of JSC "Ukrposhta".
