Abstract

There were studied the features of programs of studying managers. There were analyzed the levels of management at the organization. There were studied KPI of the heads of departments. There were defined the basics of time management. There were defined the reasons of the management of an enterprise PRAT “MHP” for improvement of effectiveness of its activity. There were studied the main features of social responsibility of the managers.
