Abstract

The essence of the team, factors of its formation and modern methods of team management are investigated in the work. The classification features of teams and requirements for the process of their formation in the company are determined and systematized.
The main indicators of Zaporizhkran PJSC are analyzed and the process of organization and development of team interaction is estimated. The paper offers recommendations for building a model of effective team development and explores modern methods of team management in the enterprise.
