Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work outlines research on teamwork. Definitions of "team" and "team work" are defined. In the process of elaboration of the topic of the work the information concerning the team as a component of the substructural unit of the organization as a whole is systematized and the basic methods and recommendations for effective team interaction for solving the tasks are prepared.
It is established that the effectiveness of team interaction is marked by the cohesion of the team in achieving the goal, the distribution of overall responsibility for team work.
Identified factors that help the team stay efficient and balanced. One of the main factors and an indicator of team success is purposefulness, cohesion, responsibility, trust.
Recommendations for preventing a decline in team cohesion are offered.
Such methods of team work organization as the method of expert assessments and "brainstorming" are characterized and studied.
It has been proven that a group of people becomes a team when people have a common vision of the future, common goals and desire to achieve bold goals. With effective interaction, team members achieve better results together than they could on their own.
The paper provides examples that give the right to say that equality and respect for their colleagues is what every organization that wants to build an effective and productive team needs.
