Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the theoretical and methodological bases of formation of organizational culture of the enterprise are investigated, the analysis of organizational culture of JSC CB "PrivatBank" is carried out, the measures on improvement of organizational culture of JSC CB "PrivatBank" are substantiated.
The budget of the proposed measures to improve the organizational culture and evaluate the effectiveness of these measures in JSC CB "PrivatBank".
