Abstract

Theoretical and methodological principles and practical use of management methods at the enterprises of JSC "VO" KONTI "are investigated in the qualification work. The use of management methods in the practice of the company JSC "VO" KONTI "is shown. A set of theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of improving the mechanisms for ensuring effective personnel management has been established.
