Motivation of staff as a means of improving the efficiency of company management

Abstract

The paper investigates the theoretical foundations and approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the motivational system of the organization. The general characteristics of PJSC "Vinnytsia Confectionery Factory" are given, the economic and financial condition of the enterprise is analyzed. The efficiency of the motivation system of PJSC "Vinnytsia Confectionery Factory" is investigated. Methods of increasing the efficiency of the motivational system are offered and recommendations for the development of an effective compensation package for the employees of PJSC "Vinnytsia Confectionery Factory" are provided.
