Organizational behavior in personnel management

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor’s) work the essence of organizational behavior as an effective tool for personnel management of the enterprise is defined. The peculiarities of organizational behavior are highlighted. The general characteristics of the activity of PJSC «VKF» are investigated. An assessment of the organizational behavior of PJSC «VKF» was conducted. Measures to improve the organizational culture of PJSC «VKF» are proposed. Recommendations for the implementation of measures to manage the development of organizational behavior of PJSC «VKF» have been developed.
