Abstract

The essence and features of organizational culture, its elements, functions, structure are revealed in the qualification (bachelor’s) work; its influence on the organization is investigated; the analysis of indicators of efficiency of activity of the organization is carried out; the peculiarities of organizational culture in the body of local self-government are studied; foreign experience in the formation of organizational culture is studied; identified ways to improve the organizational culture of the organization.
