Leadership styles: formation and features of use in enterprise management

Abstract

There were analyzed styles of governance and features of their forming. Functions of governance were studied. There were analyzed economic activity and organizational structure of Eco-sphere enterprise. There was analyzed effectiveness of the system of personnel management. There were developed instruments of improvement of management style of Eco-Sphere enterprise.
