Introduction of modern technologies of personnel management in the organization

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor’s) work the essence of modern technologies and modern approach to personnel management in the organization is investigated. Peculiarities of introduction of key technologies of digital transformation in personnel management are determined. The main performance indicators of JSC «Credit Agricole Bank» are analyzed. Modern technologies of personnel management of JSC «Credit Agricole Bank» have been studied. Proposals have been developed for the use of gamification in personnel management as a tool to increase the competitiveness of JSC «Credit Agricole Bank». Recommendations for the development of a training program for staff of the organization with the use of VR-technologies.
