Enterprise efficiency management

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor’s) work the issues of necessity and urgency of managing the efficiency of enterprises are investigated: its essence and significance are revealed, the main stages and directions of management are revealed, the main indicators and methods of evaluating management efficiency are determined. The general characteristics of the researched enterprise LLC «ECO-SPHERE» are given, the analysis of its basic indicators of activity is carried out and the estimation of its system of management of efficiency on the basic directions is carried out. The use of foreign experience in the formation of a new, modern, comprehensive efficiency management system at the enterprise is proposed, possible measures to improve the management of efficiency «ECO-SPHERE» are identified.
