Evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational management

Abstract

The paper investigates the theoretical foundations and approaches to assessing the effectiveness of organizational management. The general characteristics of PJSC «Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant» are given. The economic and financial condition of the enterprise is analyzed. The efficiency of management of PJSC «Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant» is investigated. The method of increase of efficiency of management of the organization by introduction of the BAS ERP software is offered.
