Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the theoretical bases of personnel motivation are investigated, in particular the evolution of the concept of "motivation", types of motivational systems, features of foreign models of personnel motivation. The relationship between the concepts of "motive" and "incentive" is determined. Peculiarities of using work motivation methods (on the example of civil servants) are studied, dynamics and structure of wages are investigated. The threats to the remuneration system of civil servants and the probability of their impact on the deterioration of labor efficiency are analyzed. The priority directions of personnel motivation management are substantiated.
