Abstract

The theoretical essence of the personnel management system and its key elements are investigated in the work. The main functions, tools and methods of building an effective personnel management system are identified.
The paper analyzes the personnel management system on the example of a particular company, identifies the factors influencing its effectiveness. Scientific and practical recommendations and measures to improve the personnel management system and its key components are proposed.
