Evaluation of personnel activities in modern conditions

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's thesis) the system of evaluation of personnel activity in modern conditions at «KARLSBERG UKRAINE» is investigated. The state of the current system of evaluation of personnel activity is analyzed. Recommendations for improving the system of evaluation of personnel activities to increase the efficiency and quality of assessment results are presented.
