Conflict management in the workforce

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the specifics of conflicts at the enterprises are investigated. Possible causes of interpersonal conflicts among employees are studied. The causes of interpersonal conflicts in the workforce and methods of their study are shown. Peculiarities of interpersonal conflict among employees of Mondelis Ukraine PJSC have been studied. The directions of improvement of the organization in conflict management at the enterprise are formulated. The specifics of interpersonal conflicts among employees of the enterprise are established.
