Formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate in the company

Abstract

The essence and main factors of formation of social and psychological climate in collective are investigated in the work. The role of the company's management in the formation of the team and favorable labor relations within it is studied.
The paper analyzes the main indicators of PJSC "Vinnytsia OZHK" and assesses the state of socio-psychological climate based on a survey of employees. Recommendations for the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate and the introduction of modern methods of its evaluation in the company's activities are offered.
