Leadership in the enterprise management system

Abstract

The current state of the institute of leadership at the enterprise is analyzed in the qualification (bachelor's) work. The concepts, functions and characteristics are singled out. Particular attention is paid to the study of theories of leadership through the prism of the development of management theory. The practical component of the issue was also considered, in particular on the basis of Zhytomyr Distillery. From a practical point of view, the economic and legal characteristics are established. In addition, the main characteristics of personnel management are indicated, the assessment of leadership as the main phenomenon in the field of personnel management is given.
