Stress management in the company and prevention of burnout

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's thesis) the system of stress management and prevention of professional burnout at the State Enterprise «Electrical Systems» was studied. The influence of stress on the employee on his work and performance of the enterprise is shown. Recommendations for improving the system of stress management and prevention of burnout and justification of their socio-economic efficiency.
