Management of development and implementation of competitive strategy of the enterprise

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the theoretical basis of formation of competitive strategies of the enterprise is considered. A review of the typology of competitive models of consumer markets; the role and place of competitive strategy in the general system of strategic management are defined; procedures for making managerial decisions on the formation of competitive strategies of the enterprise are considered.
The analysis of the business environment, the analysis of competitive positions and the analysis of the effectiveness of the system of formation of competitive strategies of PJSC «Obolon» were carried out. A strategy for the development of PJSC «Obolon» on the market has been developed; identified ways to implement competitive strategies of PJSC «Obolon» on the basis of modeling the business portfolio of its development; the economic efficiency of the recommended measures is determined.
