Motivation of staff as a means of improving the efficiency of the enterprise (for example, PJSC "BIOLIK")

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the peculiarities of motivation of the personnel of the enterprise (organization), methods of its implementation are investigated. Motivational models that can be used effectively in difficult, crisis conditions of war are shown. Ways to improve the system of staff motivation of PJSC "BIOLIK" have been identified.
