Modeling of business processes of the software development company

Abstract

Qualification (bachelor's) work is devoted to the development of business processes of the company for software development.
The qualification work examines the cost of stages of software development, and which of them should be optimized. Model and cost analysis reports are shown. The business process model was developed using the software product AllFusion Process Modeler 4.1.
