Development of a functional model of business processes of procurement logistics

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work of the enterprise "PETROCHEMIST OF THE CARPATHIAN". The problems of improvement and development of the functional model of business processes of procurement logistics are studied, the model of the basic business processes at the enterprise is constructed. It was found that the use of business models, to ensure rapid and efficient development of automated information system, to create conditions for its storage and transmission both within the enterprise and on the Internet to work with suppliers.
