The Catholic Church in modern international relations

Abstract

The qualification (bachelor's) work examines the nature and manner of the Holy See's participation in international relations, the legal personality of the Vatican. The peculiarities of the functioning of the Catholic Church, the role and opportunities of the Holy See in the field of security, protection of human rights, promotion of environmental ethics and the idea of sustainable development are analyzed.
