Intellectual migration of Ukrainian citizen to the USA

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the phenomenon of intellectual migration as a separate branch of migration flows is studied. An attempt is made to analyze the current state of Ukrainians intellectual migration to the United States and its evolution. The main means of preventing the «brain drain» for Ukraine have been identified as well as measures to reduce the consequences of Ukrainians leaving for the United States.
