Digital Diplomacy in State Foreign Policy

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) course the subject of scientific research on the problem of digital diplomacy was studied. The terminological field of virtual diplomacy is analyzed. Digital diplomacy as an instrument of foreign policy is analyzed. Digital diplomacy is considered as a challenge of modernity. Digital diplomacy as a tool for forming a positive image of the state has been studied. It has been found that digital diplomacy has the capacity to pursue soft power policies, develop concerted action to address both political and socio-cultural crises, and develop measures to prevent them.
