Information war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine

Abstract

The qualification work summarizes the features of information wars in history and modernity. The main attention is paid to the information war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The author compares the main definitions and approaches to the concept of «information warfare», determines the tools of its conduct and provides recommendations for combating information influences of the Russian Federation. The content analysis of the information war between the Russian Federation and Ukraine for 2014-2022 was applied.
