International cooperation in the field of cultural heritage preservation in Ukraine

Abstract

In the qualification (bachelor's) work the theoretical and methodological bases of the concept of cultural heritage and implementation of the international legal norms of the UN and UNESCO in the legislation of Ukraine, concerning its protection are investigated. The role of international organizations in the protection of cultural heritage and the peculiarities of international cooperation of Ukraine in the protection of cultural values are determined. The foreign experience of legal support of cultural heritage protection and possibilities of its use in Ukraine are analyzed.Also the problems are opened and the strategy of international cooperation in the field of protection and preservation of cultural heritage is defined.
