International Court of Justice and Ukraine’s foreign policy

Abstract

The first section of the qualification work considers the proceedings in the international court, examines the competence of the international court, defines the concept of "jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice". The section also considers the procedure for litigation. The International Judiciary as an integral part of the Ukrainian Themis has been studied. The second section considers the main directions of Ukraine's foreign policy. The priorities of Ukrainian-American relations were also determined and the problems of cooperation in the modern conditions of Ukraine and the Russian Federation were analyzed. International judicial organizations as guarantors of peace have been studied.
