European model of neutrality in a hybrid security environment

Abstract

Neutrality as a phenomenon, its forms and principles are studied in the qualification work. The main focus is on the neutrality policies of Austria, Finland and Sweden: the history of formation, development, transformation. The author identifies the historical development of these policies in these countries, talks about the questionable feasibility of neutrality of European countries in the current security situation in the region.
