Management of university communication processes in conditions of uncertainty

In the qualification (master's) work the analysis of communication models of the organizations is carried out and the mechanisms of improvement of communication processes of university in the conditions of uncertainty are developed. On the basis of the competence approach and the paradigm of "lifelong learning" the communication strategy of Vasyl` Stus Donetsk National University was developed and substantiated; the essence of the concept of "communication" is specified, the classification of its types is improved; features of management of communication processes in the conditions of uncertainty are defined, the analysis of a condition of communication processes of University and their management is carried out.
The practical significance of the work is that the proposed ways of development of corporate communications in the realities of modern conditions of uncertainty can be used to improve the process management system of communications of Vasyl` Stus Donetsk National University.
