Abstract

The scientific work considers the evolution of the concept of "competitiveness" in accordance with the basic approaches of economists. An analysis of existing approaches to determining the competitiveness of staff. Exogenous and endogenous factors influencing the increase of human capital competitiveness at the meso- and macro-level are indicated.
