The system of anti-crisis financial measures in а pandemic COVID-19

Abstract

Theoretical approaches to anti-crisis financial management are considered in the work, the world experience of anti-crisis financial measures in the conditions of Covid-19 pandemic is studied. The impact of Covid-19 on the macroeconomic indicators of Ukraine, local budget revenues was assessed, and local budget expenditures on anti-crisis measures were analyzed. The concept of forming a system of anti-crisis financial measures in the Covid-19 pandemic is developed, financial instruments of anti-crisis management at the macro level are presented, the most vulnerable sectors of the economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic are identified, correlation-regression modeling of small and micro business indicators under Covid-19.
