The study aims to cover the linguistic phenomenon of intertextuality and intertextual links. The growth of interest to the current issue is justified by the general tendency of modern linguistic research to multifaceted text analysis and the need to clarify and analyze the characteristics of intertextuality and its implementing in fiction literature, because there the intertextual elements are particularly pronounced. The materials for such study include the recipient texts "Pride, Prejudice and Zombies" by Seth GrahameSmith, "Death Comes to Pemberley" by P.D. James and "Bridget Jones's Diary" by Helen Fielding where intertextual links such as quotes, reminiscences, allusions, stylization, parody etc. are revealed.
