Abstract

The theoretical and methodological bases of enterprise crisis management are considered in the work. The analysis of the economic activity of PSC «Kalinovskiy machine building plant» was carried out, the indicators of crisis status indicators were evaluated and the crisis monitoring of the enterprise was carried out.

The main scientific result of the study is the proposed set of measures to improve the mechanism of anti-crisis management at the enterprise, in particular, the justification of the system of strategic and operational measures for the implementation of anti-crisis management, ways to improve its financial status in terms of recovery of solvency and scientific and methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management.
