Abstract

The essence, significance and factors of enterprise competitiveness are generalized, the marketing approach is analyzed as a system-complex solution of the problem of increasing the competitiveness of bakery enterprises, methodical approaches to assessing the competitiveness of bakery enterprises are determined.

The main scientific results of the study are the analysis of the peculiarities of the development of the baking industry of Ukraine and Khmelnytsky region; assessment of the state of financial and economic activity and competitiveness of the enterprise LLC "Ukrainian Crystal"; the competitive relations among the enterprises of the baking industry are investigated; the innovative principles of effective management of the bakery enterprise are substantiated; the strategy of increase of competitive positions of the enterprises of bakery branch at the expense of perfection of a marketing complex is offered.
